TVs are one of the most searched items on 3D Warehouse, and most of the ones you’ll find are far heavier than they need to be. This free 65 in flat-screen TV is only 30 faces, so it drops into living rooms, media walls and conference rooms without slowing your model down. It’s free for personal and commercial projects.

What’s in the model

  • Panel: 57.1 in wide, 32.7 in tall and 1 in deep, with a black bezel about ⅜ in wide.
  • Screen: a separate dark face set just proud of the bezel, so you can paint it on its own.
  • Rear housing: a charcoal block on the back that brings the total depth to 2.3 in.
  • Pedestal stand: a silver neck and an 18 × 10 in base. Overall size on the stand is 57.1 × 10 × 35.8 in.

Each part is a separate solid group inside one component.

Making it yours

  1. Import the .skp with File → Import, or use the 3D Warehouse panel inside SketchUp.
  2. The origin is the bottom-left corner of the panel’s front face. Set it on a console or table top.
  3. Wall-mounted version: open the component and delete the Stand_Neck and Stand_Base groups.
  4. Picture on the screen: open the component and paint the Screen group with an image texture. It’s a great way to make a render feel lived in.
