Bathrooms show up in almost every residential and commercial plan, and a clean sink is one of the fixtures you reach for most. This free 24 in wall-hung sink is our first plumbing model. It’s simple and light, so it works in floor plans, interior elevations and quick renders. It’s free for personal and commercial projects.
Get it: download the .skp from our library, or open it on 3D Warehouse to load it straight into SketchUp.
What’s in the model
- Basin: a white vitreous china basin, 24 in wide, 18 in deep and 6 in tall. The rectangular bowl is 4½ in deep and tapers toward the bottom, with a 4 in deck at the back for the faucet.
- Faucet: a single-hole, single-lever chrome faucet with a 5 in spout that reaches over the bowl.
- Drain and trap: a chrome drain flange, an 8 in tailpiece and a trap arm that runs back to a wall escutcheon.
The rim sits at 34 in above the floor, the maximum height for an accessible lavatory. Every part is a solid group, and the basin, faucet and drain are grouped separately.
Using it in a bathroom layout
- Import the .skp with File → Import, or use the 3D Warehouse panel inside SketchUp.
- The origin is at floor level at the front-left corner, and the back of the sink is the wall side. Set it on the floor against a wall and the rim lands at 34 in.
- For an accessible layout, leave a 30 × 48 in clear floor space in front of the sink.
- To swap the finish, open the component and repaint the Faucet or Drain_and_Trap groups.
We add a new free model to the library three times a week. Browse all free components.
